_MODELING_PROCEDURE
Only six descriptors are used, derived from the peptide strings.
 These six descriptors are the numbers of A, E, K, V, S and G
 amino acids in the peptide.
Using these six descriptors, a feedforward neural network was
 trained with three hidden neurons. Training was done using
 scaled conjugate gradients for 50 epochs and with a weight
 regularization factor of 0.5.
